Starting the blog!

So, I've decided, for no apparent reason, that I'll start taking pictures of everything I eat! Wish me luck with this; hopefully, it'll help me start eating like I know I ought to.

I suppose I'm doing this to give myself more information about what I put into my body. I'm also doing it as a commentary on everyday American life.

Some basic information about yours truly: I work for a fairly well-known fast food chain, so quite a bit of my sustenance comes from work. I am 5'5" and I weigh around 135 pounds. I've never had any major problems with my weight; at my heaviest I weighed 150 pounds. My exercise essentially consists of standing/walking for four to six hours a day, six days a week. That's about it.
